About Dayna

Hospitality is in my DNA.

Hospitality is in Dayna Patel’s DNA. She grew up in her family’s hotel business, where the front desk, the guest experience and the owner’s decisions were part of everyday life.

From 2011 to 2021, Dayna served as Executive Director of Sales for Marin Management (later acquired by Hogan Hospitality Group), directing sales and revenue strategy for a portfolio of hotels and consistently exceeding revenue, occupancy, ADR and RevPAR goals.

Since 2021 she has worked on the build side of hospitality: generating more than $20 million in annual revenue in business development for hotel design and FF&E firms, leading U.S. sales and commercial expansion for an FF&E manufacturer, and helping hotels adopt AI-driven revenue management.

Today, as Founder & CEO of Stay & Scale, a woman-owned firm, she connects strategy to execution and stays involved until the results show.
