Website terms
Terms of Use
Review draft. Legal entity, applicable jurisdiction and final contractual terms require business and legal review before launch.
This website introduces Stay & Scale’s hospitality advisory services. For questions about these terms, contact dayna@stayandscale.com.
Information, not an engagement
Website content is general information about potential services and engagement formats. Visiting the site or submitting an inquiry does not establish a client relationship. Any work, scope, responsibilities, fees, timing and deliverables must be agreed separately in writing.
Scope and professional advice
Services are tailored to the property and project. Full property management is separately scoped. Advisory information is not a substitute for legal, tax, investment, engineering or other regulated professional advice. Specialist requirements should be discussed with appropriately qualified professionals.
No guaranteed results
Property performance depends on many factors. The website does not promise a particular occupancy, revenue, investment return or opening date. A diagnostic’s 90-day action plan describes a planning deliverable, not necessarily the length of an engagement.
Content and imagery
Website text, brand materials and visual assets may be protected by intellectual property rights. The current wordmark is a brand treatment, not a claim of trademark registration.
Responsible use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful material or interfere with its operation. Please provide accurate contact information and avoid sending confidential or sensitive information through the inquiry form.
Availability and external services
Website and form availability can be interrupted. An on-screen confirmation means the configured email provider accepted an inquiry; it is not a booking, engagement agreement or guarantee of inbox delivery. Direct email remains an alternative. External websites, including LinkedIn, have their own terms.
Before these terms take effect
The owner and legal adviser must confirm the legal identity, governing law, dispute process, appropriate liability terms, effective date and any other provisions required for the business. No jurisdiction or registered address has been assumed in this draft.
