Information you choose to share

The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, service of interest and message. Company, phone, property location and timeline are optional. Please do not submit sensitive personal information, payment details or confidential documents.

Online delivery is not currently configured on this review website. Form values remain in your browser unless delivery is enabled and you submit them. Direct email is handled by your email service and the recipient’s email service.

How inquiries are handled

When configured, the form sends an inquiry to Dayna through Resend, an email delivery provider. The website does not store inquiry content in a separate application database. Correspondence may be retained in email systems to respond to your inquiry and manage the relationship. The business must confirm its retention and deletion procedures before launch.

Security and hosting

The form is designed to use encrypted connections, server-side validation and spam controls. When enabled, rate limiting uses a keyed hash of a network identifier stored in Upstash for up to one hour. This is used to limit automated submissions, not for advertising. Hosting and delivery providers may process technical logs for security and service operation under their own policies.

Cookies and analytics

This implementation does not install advertising trackers, analytics scripts or optional tracking cookies. Fonts and imagery are served with the site. If analytics or other tracking is added, this policy and any required consent controls must be reviewed before that feature is enabled.

Your reduced-animation preference is saved in browser storage. The cookie banner saves your optional-cookie choice on this device for up to 180 days. You can change it through Cookie preferences in the footer. Neither choice is used for advertising or analytics. Optional services are not currently installed; adding them will require a fresh choice before they are enabled. Clearing browser storage removes these preferences.

External links and your choices

LinkedIn and other external destinations apply their own privacy policies. You can contact dayna@stayandscale.com to ask about information you have shared or request correction or deletion. Applicable rights and any lawful retention obligations depend on the business’s circumstances and the laws that apply.

Review before launch

The owner must confirm the responsible legal entity, business contact details, service-provider arrangements, applicable jurisdictions, retention schedule and effective date. This draft is not a legal compliance certification.
